Design & Construction

Ace helps with the building permits and plans the job from the first drawing to the landscape lights, then digs and hauls with its own excavation team.

Open

Pool Opening

Opening is the one job with a published price: $429, and an opening and closing package saves $50.

  • The crew drains and folds the winter cover, scrubs the scum line and pulls the plugs
  • Ladder, diving board and accessories go back in, then the pool is filled and chemicals added
  • Equipment is reassembled, started and inspected
  • You only need the backyard accessible, accessories easy to find and the water on

Pool Maintenance

Weekly visits through the season, booked online.

  • Vacuum the pool, brush the walls, skim the surface and empty the skimmer baskets
  • Test and balance the water
  • Inspect the equipment, backwash the filter, check the pool lights and clean the pump strainer baskets

Fix

Renovations & Repairs

When a pool wears out in one place, Ace replaces that place and leaves the rest alone.

  • New 30 mil liners, with samples to choose from
  • Natural stone coping, new lights, interlock and fresh concrete around the pool
  • Replacement heaters, pumps, salt systems and filters, fully installed
  • Leak repair

Close

Pool Closing

Closing runs in the order the water needs it.

  • Water lowered below the jets, leaves scooped out
  • Fittings, ladder, diving board and accessories removed
  • Lines drained and equipment winterized
  • Cover on, with water bags where needed. More than 30 minutes of leaves carries an additional charge

Store

Water testing, chemicals and parts on Main Street.

Walk in with a water sample or a worn part. The store at 6400 Main St stocks chemicals, parts and accessories, and it is where new pool owners come back with questions after the build.
