Design & Construction
Permits and planning help, then the dig, the shell, the stone and the lights, all under one company.
Deep blue liner, grey stone coping, rail ladder

Excavation, construction, plumbing, gas, electrical, carpentry and landscaping, each handled by a dedicated Ace team, plus a pool store on Main Street in Stouffville for everything after.
Seven crews, one company
Ace manages excavation and haulage, construction, landscaping, carpentry, gas, electrical and plumbing with its own dedicated teams. Scroll the drawing: each note lights the part of the pool that crew puts in the ground.

Excavation & haulage
Ace runs its own excavation and haulage team, so the first day on site starts with an Ace crew, and the fill leaves with one too.
Construction
Hundreds of pools of all sizes, shapes, fits and finishes, from a compact plunge pool to a long rectangle with a deep end for the diving rock.
Plumbing
Every line that moves water between the pool and the pump and filter is run by Ace's plumbing team, and replaced by them years later when old lines give out.
Gas
The heater is fed by Ace's own gas division, the same crew that installs replacement heaters when an older unit is done.
Electrical
Pump, filter and pool lights, including coloured LEDs that turn a night swim into the photo on this page, are wired in-house.

Carpentry
The structures that sit beside the water are built by Ace carpenters as part of the same project, not a second contract.
Landscaping
Natural stone, diving rocks, waterfalls and landscape lighting finish the yard. Each division focuses on one specialty, which is how Ace keeps the delays down.
From the store at 6400 Main St
The crews that build the pool are the same company that opens it in spring, cleans it every week, replaces the liner when it is tired and closes it before winter.

Build

Open
$429. Cover off and folded, scum line scrubbed, accessories in, water balanced, equipment started.
Grey interlock patio, evergreen screen

Keep
Weekly: vacuum, brush, skim, test and balance, backwash the filter, check the lights.
Fountain jets, cedar fence

Fix
New 30 mil liners, stone coping, LED lights, heaters, pumps, salt systems and leak repair.
Sheer-descent stone wall, raised spa

Close
Water below the jets, lines drained, equipment winterized, cover and water bags on.
Dusk sky, low deck lights
Waterfalls, sheer descents, laminar jets and lit interlock: the finishes customers choose most often when the pool is designed, not added later.

“Last summer we had Ace Pools build out our backyard getaway - the entire experience was A+; from the initial sales consultation, to planning, to the transition of work from hardscape, to pool, to landscape, and everything in between....just a consistently high level of customer service.”

New pool, ready for World Cup parties, then Pool School at handover
“Extremely pleased with the Ace Pools throughout the process of getting our new pool in. Highly recommend working with Ross and Andrew. They worked tirelessly to meet our goal of being ready for World Cup parties. The Pool School from Joe at the end was the perfect final touch!!”

Pool, landscaping, a new deck and a fence, May 2021
“We had an exceptional experience working with Ace Pools who completed construction of our pool in May 2021. We also had a considerable amount of landscaping to complete as well as building a new deck and a fence. The best part was that Ace was able to complete the entire project for us through Ace Landscaping and Ace Contracting. The work was all completed on time and on budget.”

After the build
New pool owners are not left on their own once the crews pack up. Bring a water sample, pick up chemicals, parts and accessories, or ask about the opening and closing package.
